We stayed in the Acorn room, it is detached which affords privacy. Heating was reverse cycle, there was no fire place, but the heat was effective and cosy. Breakfast supplies covered any typical desire. The bathroom and shower were simply but spaciously appointed, and I think the floor tiles were heated.

The Oak Leaf Suite is absolutely gorgeous! My partner and I stayed here on Saturday night and our only regret would be that we didn't stay for longer!

The suite was just beautiful, It really felt as if we were living in luxury! Thank you so much Sue for the breakfast supplies, our complimentary late checkout, hassle free check in and for allowing us to use this beautiful location to spend some time together. We will definitely be back :)

The peaceful location was much appreciated, the apartment was very clean with the best equipped apartment kitchen that we have experienced.

Repeat customer, love this place it is such a beautiful getaway. The garden and outdoor seating is lovely and provides a nice dining area on days with good weather. The beds are extremely comfortable and it was a struggle to get out of bed most of the time!. The bath in the gatehouse was a nice bonus. Will always come back to Oak Tree Lodge when staying in Phillip Island couldn't recommend this b&b enough!

We have just had a lovely stay at Oak Tree Lodge. We stayed in the Oak Leaf Suite and it is beautifully located in the quiet village of Rhyll only 5 minutes drive to Cowes. The suite was decorated beautifully with everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The owner had kindly left us enough breakfast for our stay and was quick to respond to any queries or questions we had. We will be back to stay in the summer for sure. Thank you.

What a great find for us last minute (alternate arrangements after F1 cancelled in Melbourne).

Beautifully decorated, fully equipped in kitchen for cooking in, everything you could need. The fantastic local produce basket for breakfast and for all the lovely touches throughout the property.

It made us feel so much better after disappointment that our plans had to change, gave us a real lift & we got to visit the lovely Phillip Island & got to see Penguin Parade.

A cute B&B that is tastefully decorated. You feel right at home! A great place to stay on Phillip Island . The hostess is very nice and was there for help in a minute. We would come back here.

I stayed over night in the Boat House, it was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was great :) I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends, a nice little getaway!
