Please Note:
- All accommodation at Oak Tree Lodge facilities are Heated & Air-conditioned.
- We therefore only supply Firewood over the WINTER period.
- For those rooms with a fireplace, wood packs can be purchased on request.
- We do not supply Beach Towels and suggest guests bring their own.
Upon your booking, you are accepting our Terms & Conditions. The guest who books the accommodation facility is responsible for payment of any damages incurred by the accompanying guests.

- Ensuite bathrooms with heated floors, fresh towels, hair-dryer, bathroom amenities
- The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook breakfast at your leisure. Enjoy free range eggs, locally smoked bacon, juice, muesli, fresh county bread, jam, yogurt, Segafredo coffee and a choice of T2 teas, all included as part of your stay

- Dishwasher, stove top, microwave, fridge, cooking utensils and crockery
- All suits have reversed cycle air-conditioning / heating units
- Wood burning fires for extra warmth in winter
- Spa Bath in Gate House Cottage Only
- Communal BBQ area
- Iron & Ironing boards in rooms and a Communal Laundry
- The rooms are not serviced on a daily basis but spare towels are available upon request
